Ordering

Placing an Order with us is easy. 

Simply browse through our large selection of beads and supplies, find the items you want, type in your quantity and click “Add to Cart”. Once in the cart, you can edit how many you would like of each, or remove items if you change your mind. 

Once you have finished browsing, simply click on “Show Cart” in the top right hand corner of the screen. If you are a returning customer - sign in, or a new customer - create an account. You will then just follow the easy step by step instructions provided =)

A confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email account (so please ensure it is correct!) once checkout is completed. 

Your order will then be dispatched as soon as payment is received. 

Currency 

All prices on the site are in New Zealand Dollars. 

Payment  

New Zealand and Australian Customers

We accept the following forms of payment:
·          Bank Deposit (Kiwibank – New Zealand; ANZ – Australia)
·          Paypal
·          Cheque – New Zealand Only
 
We do not accept any other forms of payment. 

Our preferred method of payment is Bank Deposit, as this is the quickest method. Please ensure ALL deposits are referenced with your name or order number. Deposits without references will delay shipping.

International Customers

We only accept credit card payment via Paypal in New Zealand Dollars. 

Trademe Combined Purchases 

If you are combining your order with purchases made on Trademe, please select Bank Deposit as your method of payment (you will still be able to pay with Paypal if you wish, but we will need to send you a revised invoice). Please also remember to state that your order is to be combined with Trademe purchases in the comments box and include your Trademe name. 

*FREE POSTAGE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $100*

If you are ordering only 1 or 2 very small items, or are unsure what postage to select, you may select the option for us to contact you with postage costs. Please also be aware that the above postage rates are generalised. Please try to select the most accurate option, and we will contact you if the postage costs are different than to what is stated. 

*Please note that items sent using NZPost are untraceable and are sent at buyers own risk.

International Postage

We do offer international postage options - but you will need to contact us for costs. Actual shipping charges are applied. Generally, most orders, provided they aren't larger than A4 can be posted to Australia for no more than $6.00 and other countries for no more than $10.00.
